Analysis
This Standard Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Utility Agreement will provide for the relocation of 825 LF of 8”Wastewater main, 765 LF of 24” Waterline in conflict with proposed Eastbound Frontage Road of IH 20; also it provides for 32 LF 42” Split Steel Casing by open-cut over an existing 30” Waterline at the intersection of Westbound Frontage Road of IH-20 and Carrier Parkway.
All costs associated with this work will be funded by TxDOT with direct costs of Engineering/Project Management ($8,750), construction inspection ($21,120), clerical/administrative ($5,250) and materials testing ($20,988) to be paid by the City and reimbursed by TxDOT upon completion.
Financial Consideration
Indirect costs of $901,445, direct costs of $56,108 and reimbursements from TxDOT will be accounted for in the City's Grant Fund (300596) 36517026 (I20 Utility Relocations).
