PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
The applicant intends to construct and operate a 3,578 square-foot restaurant with a drive-through. The subject property is zoned PD-351 and within the SH 161 Overlay District. Development of properties within a planned development district or an overlay district requires City Council approval of a Site Plan. Restaurants with a drive-through require a Specific Use Permit when located within an overlay district.
