Analysis
The abandonment applicants and property owners, Juan M. Gonzales and Alma Gonzales, have requested the abandonment of a utility easement on the west side of their lot (see aerial location as Exhibit “B”). All public utility companies have agreed to the abandonment. The property owners want to extend a carport into this platted easement area.
Staff has reviewed the requested abandonment and finds that the abandonment of this utility easement will not hinder drainage or utilities in the area. All pre-existing drainage patterns will be maintained.

Revenue: $250 paid with application
