Purchase Class A uniforms at an estimated cost of $775 per uniform (depending on type and/or number of insignia's) from Red's the Uniform Tailor of Carrollton, TX at a total cost for FY 2014/2015 of $37,200 for forty-eight (48) uniforms; and an estimated cost of $31,000 in FY 2015/2016 for forty (40) uniforms for the remaining personnel not currently outfitted; and approximately thirty (30) uniforms at a cost of $23,250 in FY 2016/2017 for new hires, through attrition and the hiring of new station 10, completing their introductory period.

Analysis
The City approved a Master Inter-local agreement with the City of Frisco whereby the City could make use of all of that entities price agreement (s). The City of Frisco entered into a price agreement with Red the Uniform Tailor of Carrollton, Tx on August 5, 2014 for employee work uniforms. It is the Fire Department's recommendation to exercise the option to enter into a price agreement contract with Red the Uniform Tailor for Class A uniforms at a cost of $37,200 in FY 2014/2015 with an option to purchase additional uniforms in FY 2015/2016 estimated at $31,000 and FY 2016/2017 estimated at $23,250 depending on future budget funding.
Financial Consideration
Funding for the purchase of the Class A uniforms at an estimated cost of $775 per uniform (depending on type and/or number of insignia's) for forty-eight (48) uniforms from Red's the Uniform Tailor of Carrollton, TX in the amount of $37,200 is available in the Capital Reserve Fund (402590) , WO #015107003 (FY15 FIRE Equipment).
