Analysis
As part of the City’s ongoing Capital Improvements Program, water and wastewater mains in poor condition are recommended for replacement by the Water/Wastewater Utilities staff on annual basis. City Engineering Staff prepared plans and specifications for the following improvements:
- Water and Wastewater Improvements along Timberdale St. from Robinson Rd. to Pinoak Dr.
- Water and Wastewater Improvements along Pinoak Dr. from Robinson Rd. to Crossland Blvd.
- Water and Wastewater Improvements along N. Holiday Dr. From Echo Dr. to Wildflower Dr.
- Water and Wastewater Improvements along S. Holiday Dr. From Wildflower Dr. to Elm Dr.
- Water Improvements along Grenoble Dr. from Crestbrook Ln. to Gregory Ln.
- Water Improvements along N.W. 14th Street from Hill St. to Roman Rd.
This project includes approximately 9869 LF 8" PVC Water main by open cut, 2288 LF 8" PVC Water main by Bore, 292 LF 6" PVC Water main by open cut, 7478 L.F 8" PVC Wastewater main by open cut, 1,159L.F 12" PVC Wastewater main by open cut, Thirty Three (5' and 4') diameter standard depth WW manholes, 215 each 4" wastewater services with clean-outs, 8040 SY of concrete and asphalt pavement repairs, 3225 SY solid grass sod, and other miscellaneous and related items of work.
