Consider a replat to establish two single family detached residential lots on 0.382 acres. Mountain Lakeview Addition, Block 12, Lots 1R & 2R, out of the Alex Cockrell Survey, Abstract No. 245' approximately 0.382 acre zoned SF-4, Single Family Residential-Four District, generally located at the southwest corner of Armstead Avenue and Hardy Road (50' west of Hardy Rd), Grand Prairie, Texas. The property is located in City Council District 3, represented by Councilman Mike Del Bosque.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST:

The purpose of the Replat is to establish two single family residential lots from two lots and remaining portion of abandoned street rights-of-way (Collins Street) and dedicate street rights-of-way (Armstead Avenue).
