PURPOSE OF REQUEST:
Renewal of specific use permit Ordinance No. 9864-2015 authorizing the property located at 2441 Houston St, the northern portion of Lot 5 of the Houston Main Addition to be used as a Truck Repair Facility. The Unified Development Code (UDC) requires that all Truck Repair facilities located within an Overlay District obtain a Specific Use Permit before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued.
