AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN EASEMENT TO ONCOR ELECTRIC DELIVERY COMPANY LLC FOR 0.255 ACRE TRACT REQUIRED FOR OVERHEAD AND/OR UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES FOR THE CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN ANY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE THE EASEMENT CONVEYANCE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC requires the city to convey an electric utility easement and right-of-way for overhead and/or underground electric supply and communications facilities for the city hall construction project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grand Prairie desires to convey the easement and right-of-way to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Grand Prairie hereby concurs in the conveyance and authorizes the conveyance of this easement and right-of-way containing 0.255 acre of land, located in the City of Grand Prairie, Texas, to Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC;
SECTION 2. That the City of Grand Prairie does hereby consent to the easement and right-of-way conveyance of said property;
