Analysis
GLOBAL Enterprises CAPITAL, LLC, has requested a license to allow for placement of a dumpster on the City’s utility easement. Approval of this license agreement is required for construction of the proposed Fresh Kabab Restaurant at 102 Southeast 9th Street. (See attached Exhibit “B” for aerial map of the property)
Public Works does not have any objections to the placement of the dumpster on the utility easement.
The license will have a 10-year term with either party having the right to terminate upon written notice.
Financial Consideration
Revenue: $300.00 which is the recommended one time only charge for the ten-year term license (315 square feet).
