Staff proposes replacement of 5 HVAC units due to the units being at the end of their useful life and due to the use of R22 refrigerant, which is no longer widely available due to the EPA phase out in 2014. Staff proposes replacement of the roof as the current roof is deteriorated and has begun to let moisture within the structure. Staff has attempted to patch these leaks, but at this point recommends full replacement.
