A request to grant a Specific Use Permit for Indoor Electronic Salvage Use to operate in a 128,000 sq. ft. building on 5.87 acres. The 128,000 square foot existing building (office/warehouse) is located on platted property (GSID Community #6, Block 5, Site 2-C). The property is generally located at the southeast corner of 109th Street and Avenue T, more specifically 902 Avenue T. The property is zoned Light Industrial (LI) District. The property is located in the Great Southwest industrial (GSW) District and lies in City Council District 1, represented by Councilwoman Jorja Clemson.
