Analysis

Certain improvements have been recommended by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to keep the Grand Prairie terminal storage site disinfection system facility within the latest safety standards as required by TCEQ and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

 

CP&Y personnel have worked with the City of Grand Prairie facility and are familiar with our current engineering and design of the terminal storage site disinfection system.

 

Financial Consideration

Funding for the professional services contact with CP&Y is available in the FY 2015/2016 Water Capital Projects Fund (500592) WO #01509403 (South Dallas Chlor.)
